At Bestia Collars, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with our handcrafted leather gear. If the fit or style isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the collar or harness is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement exchange within 3-5 business days.
